Placuszki z ziemniaczanego pure

Gotowane ziemniaki
mleko
jajko
czosnek
cebula
boczek
sól, pieprz

Ziemniaki ubijać dolewając mleka aż będa puszyste, dodać jajko, sól i pieprz. Następnie pokroić cebulkę i czosnek oraz boczek dodać do ziemniaczanej masy i wymieszać. Formować niewielkie (lub wielkie jak kto woli) placki i opiekać na oliwie z obu stron.

maślaki obrać, opłukać pokroić w paski. Cebulę zeszklić na maśle i wrzucić do niej grzyby. Mieszać żeby cebulka się nie spaliła. Jak już się udusi wszystko dodać śmietanę i trochę mąki, mieszać az do zagotowania. Na koniec dodać posiekany szczypiorek, pieprz i sól, wymieszać i zostawić 5 min na małym ogniu pod przykryciem.

Białka ubić na sztywną pianę dodawać po jednym żółtku i jednej łyżce mąki mieszając. Do masy dodać pokrojone pomidory paprykę, posiekaną bazylię, czosnek i starty żółty ser. Doprawić solą i pieprzem. Usmażyć na oliwie

I coś co lubię mieć zawsze w zapasie bo pasuje do wielu zup (żurek, fasolowa, brokułowa, grzybowa), do sałatek, "koreczków", szaszłyków itd. Robię czosnkowe, cebulowe, ziołowe. Wystarczy zmienić jeden składnik. Pakuję do próżniowego pojemnika i przechowuję.

kilka kromek czerstwego chleba

Oliwę zmiksować z czosnkiem, natrzeć kromki chleba i pokroić w kostkę. Wrzucić na chwilę do piekarnika.

0,5l oliwy z oliwek
główka czosnku

czosnek drobno posiekać wsypać do butelki z oliwą, wstrząsnąć. Przechowywać w lodówce. Oliwa aromatyzowana czosnkiem jest świetną bazą pod dresingi do sałaty, można użyć jako składnik marynaty do mięs, można na niej smażyć, piec lub smarować nią tosty.

dwie łyżki margaryny
sól

czosnek posiekać, zmiksować z masłem margaryną, dodac szczyptę soli.
Zamaist czosnku można użyć szczypiorku, tymianku, bazylii.
